GO!

Way, way, way back, I started blogging to keep you all posted on a documentary film that I’ve been directing in my spare time since… forever.  It’s called Razorwire.  Some of you may remember that.

The film’s been on hiatus for over a year.  A LOT has happened during that time.  I’ve started and finished a ton of other projects, which I won’t bother mentioning right now.

The real news is that, as of this week, I’m back on Razorwire.

I got a set of transcripts emailed to me this week… transcripts of about three and a half hours of interview footage that form the narrative spine of the film.  It’s a fantastic interview–life, the universe, and everything.

The transcript will enable me to pre-edit the film on paper, and cut this massive amount of text into a lucid story.

But now it’s time to make movies again.

I hope to share as much of the process with you as I can in the coming months… that should involve clips, news, and whatever random thoughts happen to pop into my head.:)  Thanks for reading, and have a great week!
